County to appeal property reassessment

BEAVER — County officials are taking one last shot to avoid a court-mandated property reassessment.The county commissioners unanimously agreed Thursday to direct solicitors Garen Fedeles and Nathan Morgan to appeal a 2017 ruling from Beaver County judges requiring the county to reassess all taxable properties.
