Chamber of commerce director seeks commissioner's seat

CHIPPEWA TWP. — The executive director of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce is seeking the Republican nomination for county commissioner.Jack Manning, 66, of Chippewa Township announced his candidacy Wednesday.
