Fight the blight: State leaders come to Aliquippa to discuss new program Restore Pennsylvania

The secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development came to the city Monday morning to talk about blight issues here, but also to garner support for a new program that could pay to fix those issues.
