Legal assistant, former state candidate face off for prothonotary

Republican Jodi Hill, a legal assistant, is facing Democrat Michael Rossi, a former state representative candidate and local union leader, to replace Beaver County Prothonotary Nancy Werme. Werme is retiring after four terms.
