Vice President Pence gave a patriotic address to about 250 gathered in Rochester on Tuesday and also lobbied for President Trump’s re-election next year. "Pennsylvania and America need four more years of President Donald Trump in the White House," Pence said at the start of his 32-minute address before about 250 people inside VFW Post 128.
