State won’t enact restaurant restrictions in Beaver County as COVID cases climb

Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine said the data doesn’t support implementing restaurant restrictions or gathering restrictions in southwestern Pennsylvania counties other than Allegheny County.
