Wolf adds restrictions on indoor dining, bars, to slow COVID spread

Beginning Thursday, alcohol can only be served as part of a meal and bar and restaurant indoor dining will be restricted to 25 percent capacity statewide, Gov. Tom Wolf announced Wednesday.
